Catering Manager
Catering Manager Example Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all catering sales inbound inquiries
- Proactively pursue outbound catering opportunities
- Successful candidates have excellent communication skills and is able to multi-task at a high level. Attention to detail is key to success in this role.
- Execute world class catering events. This role includes the full catering lifecycle from sales, to coordination and execution events small and large: catering pick-ups, drop offs, on premise and offsite full service events.
- Help design, coordinate and execution of restaurant space for private events
- Marketing the brand – visit local businesses and wow the neighborhood with delicious bbq
- assist scheduling of Catering Employees for events.
- Keeping a clean house; food safety, health code and best practices are always top priority
- Assist management with improving business operations as we build a world class bbq joint together

- Problem solving mind-set with a proactive approach to getting the work done
- Ability to handle adverse, pressured situations in a professional manner
- Excellent communicator

Hours per week: 30-40
