Brendan, is a self taught Pitmaster. Most days he's mixing signature rubs and smoking any cut of meat he can get his hands on. Brendan upholds many values, but family, beer and barbecue are at the top of his list.
When not smoking meat, you can find him reciting movie lines and spending time with his wife Justine, daughter Piper, and dog Marvin.
